Can I exchange or return my order? We cannot process returns/exchanges due to customer error. Please double check your cart's contents prior to making your purchase.
Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
No. We cannot change the shipping address after an order is placed.
What if my product is damaged?
Damaged products may be exchanged at no cost or returned for a full refund (including shipping). Please contact customer service to process your refund for damaged products via the form below.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Each order is custom made by our union vendor, so your order will ship 7-10 business days from date of purchase, and spend 2-5 business days in transit depending on your location. Orders may be delayed in case of peak demand or inclement weather. We cannot guarantee a specific date of delivery. You will receive tracking information via email upon shipment.
Where do you ship to?
We ship within the United States, Puerto Rico and most international locations. Select the appropriate shipping option based on your location.
Are your products made in the United States?
We prioritize sourcing Made in the USA, sustainable products and all our products are 100% union-printed in the USA. From time to time, a wearable product may have to be substituted with a non-USA made blank based on inventory.
